*Please note that since these reports were produced the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 (Cth) has been amended. The permanence requirements (time that carbon is secured in soil or vegetation) has been reduced from 100 years to 25 years. Also note that the economic modelling was conducted, as stated, assuming a price of $23/tonne. This price has since reduced significantly.
